Vehicle Technician Full Time

Salary: £33,000 – £49,000 (depending on experience and qualifications, includes uncapped bonuses)
Hours: 40 hours per week

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Vehicle Technician to join a busy workshop in Levens. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a prestigious brand, with great training and career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Complete work orders, recording repairs completed, parts required, and labour.

Diagnose vehicle issues accurately using measuring devices and report findings to the Workshop Controller.

Interpret and apply technical data and manufacturer instructions.

Conduct routine servicing, vehicle health checks, and technical repair work.

Remove and install vehicle components in line with manufacturer guidelines.

Prepare new and Approved Used vehicles for delivery.

Record all hours worked and materials used accurately.

Report additional faults and keep the Service Manager/Workshop Controller updated.

Ensure vehicles meet safety standards before being returned to customers.

Keep vehicles clean and protected during service and repair.

Maintain a tidy, safe workshop at the end of each shift.
